Interview business users and stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and develop business and system requirements on assigned projects or project phases. 2. Create and fully document system requirements for assigned projects or enhancements, including user interface specifications, user workflows, business rules, data capture, and validations. 3. Conduct review sessions for completed system requirements with key business users for approval. 4. Requires minimal oversight from management to solicit requirements, troubleshoot issues and think of creative solutions to user issues. 5. Develop User Acceptance Test planning documentation, including test scripts, based on business requirements. 6. Supervise UAT execution phase. 7. Review, evaluate, and document new procedures and processes. Prepare studies, reports, and related information for decision-making purposes; perform analysis and prepare recommendations regarding proposals for improving various processes throughout the organization. 8. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested system change is possible within existing system and is within the scope of the current project definition. 9. Participate in the design and implementation of training, including facilitation of user training. 10. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 11.
