*Position : *Sr. Drupal Developer/Lead *Location*: Phoenix, AZ *Work location*: 100% on-site *Duration*: 12+ months *Number of positions*: 2 *Expenses*: Paid by client *Expected Start Date*: 11/25/13 *F2F*: Not required *Interview process*: my initial assessment -> technical phone screens with Eagle Creek consultants -> end-client phone interview *Position Description* The Lead Drupal Developer will have responsibility for leading the successful implementation and integration of application products for Eagle Creek’s customers from project initiation to full customer production rollout. In this capacity you will be an expert in application functionality, technology, and implementation in order to provide you project team with a combination of technical contribution, training, and mentoring. * Position Responsibilities* · Lead and contribute technically to the development of new applications and support existing applications in Agile environments using Drupal · Design, develop, and debug software within deadlines · Responsible for the design, development, documentation, and testing of solutions/Formulate and define technical application scope and objectives · Provide documentation where necessary on procedures and code habits · Use knowledge of development standards, procedures, and tools throughout the development lifecycle, and ensure code reusability · Troubleshoot program errors · Coordinate with QA for end-to-end unit testing and post-production support · Consult with internal and external/client Leads, Project Managers. Managing Consultants or Master Consultants to clearly determine the roles and requirements of each consultant involved in the project/solution · Provide technical guidance and mentorship for technical tasks of the offsite Senior Consultants and Consultants · Seek out and champion new development, configuration and implementation efforts within current engagements providing clients with long term value via technological and business process modifications *Required Experience* · 10+ years of Web and/or Application development in enterprise environments · 4+ years formal technical leadership of application development teams · 3+ years experience developing with Drupal · Experience participating in the full lifecycle of projects, including version control, build management, unit testing, and issue tracking software · Development experience with Java, PHP, CSS, BI · Experience with open source application frameworks · Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle · Experience with open source Database mapping tools, open source tools preferred · Experience developing using Agile practices. Ideal experience with XP/Extreme Programming, SCRUM methodology, or TDD · Experience developing Web Services (ex.
