I will appreciate if you will help me by sending qualified resumes ASAP to: [email protected] *Job Title*: Sr CISCO Network Engineer (CCNA certified) *Duration:* 8+ Months *Location:* Harrisburg, PA *No of Position:* 1 *Interview Type:* Either Webcam or In person Interview. *Job Overview:* In addition to the above, the candidate will: Troubleshoot network and application problems including: - Analyzing network packet captures - Analyzing network router and switch statistics - Interpreting Cisco syslog data - Resolving wireless connectivity issues using Cisco wireless tools (PI, WLCS, MSE) - Interacting with technical peers at other Commonwealth Agencies and end-users to resolve issues - Analyzing ACE module statistics - Analyzing & resolving BGP and OSPF routing issues Work on projects, including but not limited to: - Customizing Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Application Control System, and Mobility Services Engine to (a) be accessed by multiple teams with different levels of access and (b) provide meaningful statistics, reporting, and alerts. - Managing the project to install & upgrade Cisco wireless connectivity at multiple remote sites. - Designing and implementing site-to-site VPN solution for multiple remote locations over the Internet. - Configuring ACE module based on application requirements - Researching and developing new network technologies - Developing network solutions to meet the ongoing needs of the PLCB - Developing and documenting network standards with respect to appliance configuration and security. *Skills:*- -Cicso CCNA (certification) -Enterprise level BGP routing protocols -Enterprise level multi-area OSPF routing protocols -Enterprise level Cisco site-to-site VPN technologies, preferably DMVPN -Cisco Mobility Services Engine / Cisco Prime Infrastructure / Cisco Wireless Control System / Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers / Cisco Wireless Access P -Enterprise level Cisco Application Control Engine (ACE) with High Availability -Implementing Quality of Service (QoS) -Advanced routing and networking: HSRP, VRFs, route mapping, access control lists, GRE, 3G/4G cellular routing, VLANs, VTP -Familiarity with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) -Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems -Perl scripting -Creating SQL queries -Checkpoint Firewall experience -Strong Oral/Written Communication Skills (candidate will be responsible for supporting remote PLCB sites via telephone/email).
