*Java/Filenet Developer * *Location: St. Louis, MO* *Duration:1+ years duration* *Interview: phone screen initially but will* *require a face to face final interview* *POSITION SUMMARY:* This position will be for a Java developer, working as part of the Enterprise Applications Development team with primary responsibilities surrounding the development and support of Enterprise Content Management and workflow systems. This position will be for a member of an agile development team and responsibilities will include participating in all phases of the project including development, configuration, design, testing and documentation. The position will require experience with Java development with a preference for experience working with IBM Filenet document management and workflow systems. *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* · Provide hands on design, Java development, unit and integration testing, QA support and production support (75%). · Work closely with business clients, peer developers, QA, and other agile team members with a focus on open, clear and efficient communication. (25%). · Perform other duties as assigned. *MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:* · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. · 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development required. · Filenet experience highly preferred. · Ability to work as part of a large, collaborative, fast-moving, agile development team leveraging the Scrum methodology.
