We are looking for a Sr. Helpdesk Support Expert for our direct client in
New York, NY for a 6 month contract position.  The ideal candidate must
have excellent communication skills and be highly self-motivated who can
manage their own time working.  Will be responsible for Global helpdesk
operations, server support, projects & support for all corporate IT
systems.  Will be providing support directly to the CEO & time sensitive
operations as well.



Must have hands on experience on Exchange, DAG, CAS Array, spam/virus
filtering, tracking email system logs, ActiveSync, backup/restore & mail
flow.  Experience with Windows 2003/2008, Active Directory, Exchange Server
2010, WSUS, Windows 7, Apple Mac, Office, Outlook & corporate business
applications is needed.

·         12+ years of in highly demanding Global helpdesk support position

·         7+ years of experience supporting CEO and time sensitive
operations

·         8-10 years of Windows systems administrator
