Prepare & review SOW Prepare & Define Project plain, work break down Structure to meet the project time lines Should have end to end understanding of the infrastructure Should be able to provide high level architecture design solutions considering the customer's infrastructure. ~ VMware design and recommendations for different Application & business scenarios. Assessment of VMware infrastructure .Review the current VMware Infra Prepare the planning, Risk & Mitigations approach for smoother migrations & upgrades. Identify the integration & Co-Existence challenges. VMware Capacity Requirement gathering .Review the VMware architecture Design. Work with other infrastructure architects to drive consistent identification of standards, including the development of common, Cross-business standards as appropriate. Assessment of Active directory infrastructure Review the current AD Infra Prepare the planning, Risk & Mitigations approach for smoother migrations & upgrades Identify the integration & Co-Existence challenges AD Capacity Requirement gathering Review the Active Directory Forest & Domain Design Work with other infrastructure architects to drive consistent identification of standards, including the development of common, Cross-business standards as appropriate.
