*Location: Chicago/IL* *Duration: 6 Months* *Interview Mode: Phone & Face2Face* *Need USC, GC or EAD-GC only!!!* *Responsibilities:* • Lead and occasionally work with the designated project managers to provide SharePoint expertise. • Develop and construct SharePoint solutions that will be maintainable over a long period of time with minimal intervention and support. • Assist proper validation with both internal and external collaboration end users to ensure requirements are satisfied. • Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) in a SharePoint environment. • Familiarity with both waterfall and iterative methodologies, such as AGILE, is required. • Identify impact of SharePoint upgrade schedule by evaluating patches, etc. on existing enterprise collaboration environment. • Report project status regularly to team lead and/or project manager. • Document concerns, issues and risks and recommended solutions regarding assignments to management in a timely manner. • Share intellectual knowledge, learn and gain strong knowledge of existing SharePoint environment. • Provide mentoring to other team members, and lead cross training with other team members. *Position Dimensions:* • 5+ years SharePoint experience in customizing SharePoint. • *Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder or EAD-GC* • Strong knowledge and understanding of SharePoint concepts and design approaches is required. • Able to work independently and on teams. • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to leverage SharePoint to drive innovation in relation to collaboration. • 5+ years of experience in InfoPath forms development, XML, .Net development, MOSS Business Data Catalog, BCS Configuration, Excel Services, Access Services, and Search Service Applications. • Strong understanding of multi-tier client-server architectures, web and relational database technologies. • Ability to assist clients with SharePoint and Office System business requirements and create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and enterprise collaboration solution approach. • Work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience and varying levels within the organization. • Work well within a team of SharePoint Designer developers to lead portions of projects or tasks. • Manage multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously. • Express complex technical concepts effectively verbally and in writing. • Ability to learn, document, and successfully retain new skills to serve as backup in various system support areas as required. • Travel occasionally, work long hours and meet with vendors and high-level business leaders. • Presentation skills and effective communication to stakeholders in both technical and non-technical fields. • Diplomatic and professional presence and demeanor; excellent interpersonal skills. • Passionate about producing high-quality technology solutions • Must possess a good sense of humor and a positive, “can-do” attitude. -- *Thanks & Regards,* *Rahul Rishu* *RG Talent Inc* 39120 Argonaut way Suite # 157, Fremont CA 94538 Phone : 510-443-0758 Ext-111 Email :*[email protected] <[email protected]>* URL : www.rgtalent.com *YIM/GTalk --> rahul.rishu05* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
