Manager will do phone screen and then in person interviews. He prefers local candidates, but is open to non-local and conducting Skype interviews. He is looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience. Looking for candidates that 1) can design and implement moderate complex components 2) candidates that have the skills/ability to mentor junior level employees 3) looking for non passive, confident and technically sound individuals. Aptitude & Attitude-- *MVC and MVVM *experience/knowledge would be huge plus. These contractors will get experience working in a diverse and unique business (IP). Working with enterprise level technology in an area of that market that is not common.
