*Job Profile:*

The role will involve responding to and investigating L2 and L3 support
tickets around the DTB middleware/application, identifying the issues,
analyzing and suggesting potential resolutions.



*Skills Requirement:*

·         Minimum 4-5 years’ experience, with good knowledge in STB
Architecture and  Broadcast domain, specifically with the US Region (ATSC)

·         Good working knowledge of Linux, Scripting skills (Python, Unix
shell) and Language Skills ( C/C++, Java)

·         *Analyst to work on STB issue triaging*.

·         The role will involve responding to and investigating L2 and L3
support tickets around the DTB middleware/application, identifying the
issues, analyzing and suggesting potential resolutions.

·         Any knowledge of Comcast RDK, OCAP is an advantage. Good to have
current/recent Digital TV background with proven problem investigation
skills with applications, infrastructure, network, interfaces and technical
operational processes.

·         Use of helpdesk management tools e.g. JIRA for end to end problem
ownership from reporting to resolution or including follow up with
development team.

·         Maintaining strong relationships with users who will include
developers and end users.
