Sr Identity Access Management Developer / Admin

The Senior IAM Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing
solutions per architecture and design documents. The Senior IAM Admin may
also assist in gathering requirements to translate them into the
architecture. The Senior IAM Developer will:

·       Interpret requirements to effectively design, develop and deploy
solutions for single sign on (SSO), identification and authorization, user
access management, directory services, and other administrative needs
according to the defined business needs of the customer

·       Work in various operating system environments and provide
assistance with software configurations, troubleshooting and access controls

·       Apply knowledge of security protocols, information processing and
software maintenance in day to day activities; support multiple IAM
(Identity and Access Management) solutions, including CA
SiteMinder/IdentityMinder, IBM Security Suite (formerly Tivoli), and Oracle
IAM to ensure they are up to date and operational

·       Collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects and
other relevant IT team members to plan architectures for the management and
assurance of services

·       Research and analyze existing external systems and provide
recommendations for interfaces

·       Provide technical documentation regarding the IAM solution, as
needed

·       Follow technical direction and work to complete tasks on time and
on budget

·       Assist with testing, debugging and problem resolution to produce
required solution

·       Maintain industry/technical knowledge base and facilitate/maintain
industry relationships

·       Demonstrate commitment to providing customer-focused quality service

·       Support assigned systems with on-call availability and respond
within agreed upon timeframes

·       Perform other relevant duties based upon experience

   - Three (3) or more years of recent experience with user provisioning
   with CA IAM web-based product suite for enterprise wide systems, single
   sign-on solutions for internal and external users, identity federation,
   directory integration and/or design; understanding of identity vs. account
   concept
   - Two (2) or more years of experience implementing federation using SAML
   2.0 Web SSO Profile
   - *Hands on experience with CA SiteMinder and IdentityMinder*
   -

*Recent hands-on experience with CA integration and SAML 2.0 Web SSO, with
   a strong preference for someone who can do at least some coding in Java*
   - Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience with IAM
   integration, including writing custom code
   - Three (3) or more years of recent experience with one or more
   directory-based services: Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Sun
   One LDAP, and/or IBM Directory Server
   - Detailed knowledge of Security and J2EE standards such as Struts,
   EJB3, WSDL, JML, Web 2.0 and/or WSRP
   - Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies and tools and XML
   integration, including XML-Schema, XML-RPC, XML-SOAP, and/or Web
   Services/SOA Solutions
   - Two (2) or more years of recent experience developing applications
   using Java/J2EE, C++
   - Two (2) or more years of recent experience in Web development using
   XML, XSL, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, and/or CSS
   - Experience in assisting clients define and document requirements
   - Very good understanding of access management, identity management,
   single sign-on, federation, and security concepts
   - Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
   - Ability to work effectively with management
   - Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to
   clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team
   player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
