Hands on experience with Spring MVC, J2EE web development 2. Hands on experience with front end UI frameworks, Jquery/yui/dojo. 3. Experience with integration with Content management solutions 4. Hands on experience with Web Service consumption/provision, using JAX WS II or Spring-WS, with exposure on Rest concepts 5. Experience with development on distributed multi clustered WAS 8 environment 6. Experience with maven based build and continuous development. 7. Solid Design understanding, understanding of http basics, and experience with complex multi domain website development, with preferable experience with multisite integration 8.
