Ensure a right roadmap for upgrade and build utilities To ensure QC support to all Target Domestic users right level of availability and quick response on requests Plan for periodic tool maintenance and upgrade activities Perform Quarterly audits on licensing and tools usage Ensure the model is robust to support Domestic and International users US CST and India IST time zone Proficient skills in QA testing standards, Tools, Service delivery model, procedures and processes.
