Description:
This project will complete the implementation of a demand capture
SharePoint site to be used across all Downstream Delivery Verticals. This role
will complete the requirements, design, development and technical documentation
of the SharePoint site.
The person selected in this role will
continue work on an existing demand tool that has been built in SharePoint 2010
using InfoPath. The resource will need to assess the remaining work to be done,
come up with a plan, and then complete the design and development of the work.
This resource will be working closely with different stakeholders to incorporate
their requirements into the tool, while trying to keep the tool as standard as
possible across the different delivery verticals. This candidate will work
closely with the Planning Managers to ensure correct functionality is captured
and the Planning Managers will sign off on the tool. Once the development is
complete, the resource will be expected to document the site and then train and
transition the support of the tool to the Planning Managers. Since the tool will
be maintained internally within the Planning group, it will be key to use basic
SharePoint functionality as much as possible.
Technical Skills and
Experience:
MANDATORY:
Proficient in
SharePoint 2010 with proven experience in designing and developing Sharepoint
forms using InfoPath.
Experience with workflows in
SharePoint.
Experience with SharePoint 2010 Designer.
MANDATORY:
Self starter with
the ability to work and deliver on time with little supervision.
Good
communication skills.
Ability to translate functional requirements from
non-technical staff into technical requirements.
