We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Position - Senior Business Analyst * *Location - Woodbridge, NJ* *Duration - 9 Months+ * *Rate: $42/hr c2c max* *Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills * Candidate must have exceptional analytical and abstract skills, and ability to define scope and objectives through business research and industry knowledge. Position requires 7+ years in Financial Services industry, preferably in Retirement, Investments, or Wealth Management. Knowledge of Retirement business, including Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and NonQualified would be a plus. Experience with performing analysis and building formal requirements for creating Business Services is needed. Understanding SOA principles, implementation methodologies, issues and related tools such as the maintenance of a Service Registry, is essential. Must demonstrate aptitude in understanding technical issues and solutions in relation to current as well as future business environments. Work with the business to identify key decision points and build decision models to identify business rule sets. Strong business and technology relationship management experience. Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and a desire to continuously learn new skills and technologies. BS, BA or equivalent business experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skill. Knowledge of use case development and requirements management tool a plus. *Desirable Technical /Functional Skills* Conducting research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and developing formal recommendations for presentation to management; Working with customer to generate solutions to business issues and then planning/implementing those solutions; Leading efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas; Participating in presentations for internal/external business partners.
