This role will have a core focus on organizing and motivating a technical workgroup, delivering on project commitments, development of standards, best practices, solutions, procedures, and ensuring utilization goals. This role requires a hands on individual who can provide CRM vision and direction to enterprise customers. *Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* · Conceptualize and create solution sets based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM · Work closely with Sales, delivery and GDC onsite/offshore leadership to create new opportunities and drive revenue for Dynamics CRM practice · Present and explain client service and Dynamics CRM based software/solution value proposition providing on-site demonstrations to prospective to potential customers · Work closely with leadership team to incubate thought leadership to help drive Microsoft Dynamics CRM product solutions. · Work with implementation teams to provide advanced expertise of system technologies · Interact with customer senior leadership - Directors, GM’s, VP’s. · Participate in the pre-sales process by assisting sales and marketing with proposals for · prospective customers · Provide governance during the implementation, manage customer expectations, milestones and ensure delivery is successful. *Education and/or Experience* · B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or · Engineering or similar related degree · M.S/M.B.A/P.G.D.M degree highly preferred · 12-15 years of overall IT solutions/delivery experience with a minimum of 3 year of experience in Large Microsoft Dynamics Implementation programs *Skills/Specialized Knowledge* · 8+ years of experience in the analysis, design, implementation CRM applications of comparable CRM enterprise applications (Oracle, Siebel, Salesforce, etc,) with minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in delivering large scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation programs · Should also be an expert in surrounding technologies like Azure, CRM Online, HTML 5, Mobility etc., · Strong technical background working with Microsoft .NET technologies, including: Visual · Studio.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server, XML, and Web Services · Must have full life cycle production experience on .Net and have participated in complete · SDLC for applications based on Microsoft .NET technologies · Working knowledge of database design and commercial tools for database integration with · .NET framework · MBS Certified Professional - Dynamics CRM 4.0/2011: Application; Installation and Configuration; · Customization. · Knowledge of technology consulting implementations and methodologies · Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM -Orion a plus · Exposure to Sure step methodology is required · Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Ax is highly preferred · Polished presence in person and on the phone · Proven ability to establish credibility with C-level executives and drive multimillion dollar CRM projects. · Enjoy working with technology and have the ability to learn technical areas of software related to sales *Frank* *HMG America LLC * *Direct: *732-645-1607 E: *[email protected]* W: www.hmgamerica.com [image: image001] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
