Time is of the essence and your prompt response is greatly appreciated, thank you. *Job Title: Senior HCM Consultant* *Location: Palo Alto, CA* *Contract position.* *Note: Any HCM will work for this position and Workday experience is must to have.* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following, other duties may be assigned. - Expert in the Workday product suite – HCM, Payroll – Perform the following on the job: • Understand business requirements • Configure the Workday solution including process, security permissions, compensation plans, performance review set up, etc. • Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems • Assist the business team in testing the Workday solution • Understand WorkDay Security and Integrations - Work with the business team to help convert legacy data into Workday - Assist the integration team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and benefit providers, payroll systems and other 3rd party/custom solutions - Ensure the business team takes advantage of Workday best practices - Identify opportunities to position other service offerings DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 2 years of hands on Workday systems integration and/or implementation experience • Minimum of 2 years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting or technical environment • Preferably who has Workday HCM Certification • Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Work well independently or on a team • Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking • Demonstrate self motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly • Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Bachelors Degree • Experience with WorkDay HCM and ERP systems – Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, etc. • Software Integration experience • Conversion or data integration related project experience • XML, and XSLT tools • Flat File Integration experience • Some experience with Object Oriented concepts • Working Knowledge of Secure FTP transfers • Experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP) .NET • Knowledge of related applications and cloud-based technologies SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED Workday HCM Certification *Thanks and Regards* *Michale* *Inspire Tech Solutinons Inc* *Email: [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
