*The candidate has to come in for a face to face interview* Position : Red Hat Linux Systems Engineer. Duration: 6 month contract Location: Chicago Suburbs Experience: 5 to 7 years *Responsible for Red Hat Enterprise Level 5 and above systems engineering on IBM infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to system build, and deployment of server hardware and software components, third party software installation, kernel configuration, file system and volume group management, shell scripting, performance tuning, and capacity management.* · *Strong competency in Red Hat Enterprise Level 5 system administration and design, including NAS, ZFS, or GPFS storage clustered services* · *Strong competency in Unix Shell scripting (ex.
