Job Title: BODS/BODI/ BI Migration Expert
Location: Middletown NJ
Length: 6- 12 month project
BI 4.x and DI 4x Install/Configure/Cluster/Load Balance (including
Tomcat)
Experience with full enterprise applications migration from BO XI 3.1 to BI
4x and from Data Integrator 3.1 to Data Integrator 4x includes but not
limited to -
* Install and configure BI 4x, DI 4x and IS on Linux servers
and cluster them.
* Load balance tomcat on Web layer.
* scale the processing servers to fulfill scheduled jobs and
adhoc requests.
* Modify the access levels to match the source system.
* upgrade the content from BO XI 3.x to BI 4.x.
* upgrade the content from DI 3.x to DI 4.x
* Distribute the upgraded content across
nodes/clusters/multiple servers for efficient performance.
* Scale the AJS, APS, WPS approriately based on the no of
ad-hoc requests, scheduled jobs and so on.
* Scale the job servers appropriately based on the no of
scheduled jobs and on demand jobs.
* Configuring DB connections on BI Servers.
* Configuring DBs connections on DI Servers.
Business Objects XI 3.1, BI 4x - 10 yrs with hands on experience on 2
complete enterprise application migrations from XI 3x to BI
4.
Data Services XI 3.1, XI 4x - 10 yrs with hands on experience on 2 complete
enterprise application migrations from DI 3x to DI 4.
Oracle 9i, 10g, 11i - 5 yrs
