Performance Testing with HP Load Runner Scripting & Execution using Oracle protocol 2. In-depth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing Methodologies and Best Practices 3. Leadership skills - Able to lead this effort from start to finish (Requirement gathering till project closure) - be able to lead/manage multiple teams/projects 4. Plan, design and document various performance tests as well as other non functional requirements 5. Analyze and provide Performance test report with remediation and recommendations. 6. Team Builder - Capable of mentoring new resources to meet the requirements. Able to perform well in the Onshore-offshore model. 7. Must have exceptional ability in analyzing and summarizing test results for performance bottlenecks 8. Oracle Apps Functional Testing (Order Management, Inventory, Invoice, Purchase Order) .Functional testing & Regression Testing 9. Excellent communication (oral and written) and customer service skills 10.
