Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* E-COMMERCE BUSINESS ANALYST *Project Location* NY-New York/Melville *Duration* 6 month /contract MOI Telephonic+Face 2 Face *JOB DESCRIPTION* The E-commerce business analysts works with both business and IT teams to identify, analyze, and document the e-commerce needs and requirements of Canon Direct and also assists business users in resolving operational system issues. *RESPONSIBILITIES* * Gather and analyze business needs and create detailed specifications and use cases * Identify data flows, data functions, user interactions * Lead meetings with business/IT groups regarding enhancement requests and open support tickets, accurately record discussions, decisions and action items * Assist the project manager in following up and prioritizing development * Create and execute test scenarios and test cases, working closely with QA team * Coordinate and participate in integration and user testing * Review and help troubleshoot break/fix issues and provide operational support. *REQUIRED SKILLS* * Expertise in sales and order management systems * Knowledge and understanding of key eCommerce functions like site browsing and navigation, checkout flow, order fulfillment, payment processing, order shipment etc. * Know the functionalities and features of the main Web browsers * Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite * Be familiar with database query tools * Be able to write clear Business Requirements and User Stories * Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
