*Mandatory Skills:*

·         Extensive experience with Java and J2EE frameworks

·         Strong spoken and written communication skills (public address, 
presentation, articulation)

·         eCommerce domain background 

·         Extensive experience with Java and J2EE frameworks (Spring, 
Hibernate and all)§ 

·         Strong OOPS fundamentals, knowledge of databases and standard 
programming practices§

·         Experience in WebSphere application server, Web services, XML 
technologies (like JAXB)§

·         Familiarity with concepts of software engineering and standard 
programming practice§

·         Strong aptitude for learning new technologies (self-motivated, 
driven, great work ethics)§

·         4§+ (for 3 candidates) and 8+ (for one candidate) years’ 
experience in design and development of Java/ J2EE applications

·         Knowledge of Wicket framework§

·         Knowledge of Message Broker/ JMS§

·         Prior experience of developing and supporting complex eCommerce 
platform§

·         Experience in analyzing heap dumps, thread dumps, GC cycles using 
profiling tools§

·         Capable to resolve severity issues and do an RCA§

·         Good communication skills to interact with customer§

·         Awareness on creating and maintaining§  comprehensive Knowledge 
base to help operations team become self-sufficient
