Description: ·
The manager is
looking for candidates that have SAP PS experience with interface skills to
other modules like; MRS, CPM, SD, FI & CO. ·
Queue Monitoring of
tickets/incidents logged by end-users of the new SAP PS, MRS, and CPM
modules. ·
Work with end-users
to understand their issues and to find workarounds. ·
Identify trends in
tickets/request to evaluate if RCA is required and if CI activity is
required. ·
Evaluate Work
Requests (Code or Configuration Changes) from the business to determine
feasibility, size, costs, schedule to support the
change. ·
Design/Code/Unit Test
Break/Fix and Enhancement Work Requests in Development, Test, and Staging
