Phone The ability to build and configure Avaya gateways as
well as planning and coordination skills are mandatory
requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Provide support (Technical and Project Management) in planning phase to project
team -
Provide support with PBX Lab build -
Drive the execution of the gateway migration: o
Build configurations for Avaya gateways o
Implement configuration ·
Hardware procurement, intake, work with DC official
to reserve rack space, rack hardware ·
Determine circuit requirement, negotiate with vendors
, determine termination points and proceed with
procurement ·
Work with the Data Centers officials to route the
circuits to the appropriate racks ·
Work with the network team to provision network
connectivity ·
Determine destination and quantity of gateways
required ·
Logistics and planning around cut
over ·
Create, update and maintain relevant documentation of
the implementation
Characteristics/Skills:
-
Voice/IPT technical engineering skills (ideally Avaya and Cisco) -
Voice/IPT hands on experience -
Project Management Skills
