*Position:* Microsoft Exchange 2010 Engineer *Location: *Trenton, NJ *Duration:* 6+ Months. The project involves the migration of various messaging platforms such as Novell, GroupWise and older Microsoft versions as well as mail relay protocols such as SMTP, MAPI and Blackberry Services to Microsoft Exchange 2010 to consolidate the Client's email messaging system to a new enterprise infrastructure. The Product Specialist is the expert in Blackberry Services within a Microsoft Exchange 2010 Architecture. The primary responsibility of a Product Specialist is to deploy a Blackberry solution across a large, distributed environment including configuration, support and maintenance. As part of the team, the Product Specialist will assist in the successful migration of users to the new infrastructure. The Product Specialist requires significant to expert experience and skills in the core Windows technologies (GPO, CIFS and ADFS) and how it affects/interacts with VES within the enterprise. The Product Specialist will usually also have significant experience of BES core integration technologies. The Product Specialist should have strong communication and customer service skills, ability to interface with vendors, strong analytical and problem solving skills. The Product Specialist will be expected to write technical and operational management documentation. *Years of Relevant Experience*: 5 years *Preferred Education: *4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. *Role Description:* All roles specified in PS3 plus the following: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 Architecture, Administration and management utilizing Blackberry Services. *Understanding of network concepts, protocols.* Technical understanding of BES core integration infrastructure technologies Strong communication, analytical, customer service, problem solving skills. *Skill Required* / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Experience supporting virtualization on VMware or HyperV: Highly desired 5 Years Knowledge of SQL database backend support for blackberry services: Highly desired 5 Years Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as Office 365: Highly desired 5 Years Ability to analyze situations and formulate recommendations to higher levels: Highly desired 5 Years Ability to write technical and operations management documentation: Highly desired 5 Years Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 Architecture, Administration and Management utilizing Blackberry Services: Required 5 Years Technical understanding of BES core integration technologies including Windows Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange: Required 5 Years Solid understanding of core Windows infrastructure technologies (GPO, CIFS and ADFS) and how they interact with BES: Required 5 Years Understanding of networking concepts, protocols and how it affects with BES within enterprise including mail relay potocols such as SMTP, MAPI, POP: Required 5 Years Strong knowledge of BES migration tools of users and accounts: Required 5 Years Strong communications, analytical, customer service, problem solving, organization and interpersonnal skills: Highly desired 5 Years Experience managing and supporting systems, configuration management and technology deployments across large distributed environment: Required 5 Years Thanks & Regards, *Shamila|Recruiter* Param Consulting Services Inc.
