Here's the Job Description *Infrastructure Project Manager with Windows System* NYC Provide support for Endurance Global Messaging and Directory Services environments which includes Active Directory, Exchange 2007, Blackberry, Citrix, Netbackup, VEEAM and general server/datacenter maintenance Provide support for global VMware VSphere, HP Blade/rack mount servers and NetApp Storage array environments Triage and provide immediate server support for incidents escalated by Helpdesk, App/Dev, or business users including the preparation and delivery of internal communications and the coordination of external IT Alerts. Update and escalate incidents as per Service Level Agreements. Competencies: An associate's degree in a Computer Information Systems related field and 3+ years of infrastructure support experience and operational excellence VMware vSphere experience is required Experience with Service and Incident Management systems is required Strong technical skills including however not limited to Microsoft Operating systems server 2003/2008/2012, Exchange administration, Blackberry, Active Directory and group policy, Backup Software, Citrix, Monitoring (SCOM), Networking (both LAN and WAN).
