Understanding catalog data maintenance approaches and inventory practices
Catalog data maintenance includes supplier changes, price change, buyer
changes in multiple systems
Inventory practices includes item setup and site information
Responsible for all support activities for assigned module including
initial troubleshooting and basic upgrade planning and implementation for
assigned module
Provide timely and high quality production support to HNA customers
Complete and/or support system testing and resulting documentation.Provide
timely, relevant and professional communications operational lead and
customers - Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a multiple system
and multiple site environments
Software system support with continuous improvement activities in a dynamic
consensus driven environment
Ability to successfully interface with a multi-national contingent
workforce located in multiple global locations
People Soft finance experience is an added advantage
