Job
description
• At least 3 full cycle OTL implementations of Oracle
R12.
• Expert functional knowledge in OTL and ability to make configure
OTL in the system.
• Understanding of Payroll rules and
integration of Payroll with 3rd party payroll systems.
• Expert in
implementing OTL for exempts and non-exempts, temporary labor and for
non-standard hours such as Overtime, Shift Premium, Weekend Premium etc. and
customizing OTL approval flows.
• Ability to customize OTL layouts and
implementing different OTL layouts – Projects, Payroll, Project-Payroll, Project
Purchasing etc.
• Good understanding of HRMS and integration of OTL with
Oracle projects.
• Expertise in the effective design, scope, development
and implementations a must.
• Firm understanding of business
process/workflow design and enterprise solution
architectures.
• Excellent business knowledge, interpersonal
skills, communication, written, verbal, presentation, influencing
skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and
adaptable to change.
• Experience in Oracle Project Accounting
modules will be a plus.
