*Job Title : Java Expert Developer* *Location : Austin, TX* *Duration : Long Term* REQUIRED SKILLS o 10+ years of development experience in Java o 5+ years development experience in E2E system design and application o Expert in analysis, design, development and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise o Expert level in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Core java and MS/SQL o Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server o Strong OO Experience o Expert level in error handling strategies o Expert level experience in Autonomy products integration and support o Ability to performance tune on Front End as well as Back End components/services. o BS or MS degree in Computer science, Computer engineering or Electrical engineering o Java Certification a must. o Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), distributed team collaboration and coordination skills o Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative (being a self starter) and getting things done.
