In addition to providing leadership and guidance to his/her team, the Manager will partner with other business units within the client teams to identify and prioritize work while participating in group planning and decision making activities. This is a hands-on position which includes project leadership, business analysis and planning activities necessary to deliver the projects planned for the different areas under merchandizing and item set-up. Knowledge of Item set-up, data quality audits, creating and managing content analytics reports. Knowledge of eCommerce merchandising software such as Websphere, ATG and Broadvision would be an added advantage. Proficient with - Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and SQL. *Education* Graduation (Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND PG -(Any PG Course - Any Specialization) *Experience* 10 - 12 years *Responsibility* Liaise with buyers, site merchants to identify projects related to taxonomy management, Meta data enhancement and content management requirements. Identify and communicate category page enhancements, data quality issues and identify solutions to rectify the same. Should have the ability to gather project requirements, and convert them into tangible and executable projects for the offshore and or onshore teams. Manage and oversee project deliverables and create project reviews in conjunction to SOW. Should have the competence to create project plans, transition documents and define roadmaps for respective projects. Help knowledge management endeavor by sharing process knowledge and best practices within and across teams Collaborate with site merchants and provide content analytics and other reports which they may require to better manage the assortment to achieve better customer shopping experience. Build effective metric goals and project plans with site merchants to showcase SOW adherence Independently manage Client's ecommerce Operations and Delivery. Proficiency in handling multiple clients and establish self as a valued partner. Be a one point contact for all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations Build domain expertise in the team and ability to lead from the front. Collaborate with Quality team in identifying process gaps, in planning end to end fixes and in leading execution to meet six sigma standards. Lead large size team; lead hiring, training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring etc. *Desired Candidate Profile* Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred. International exposure and experience with KPO/e-retail process operations Above average execution skills and should be a hands on manager Ability to create and work with and take action on content analytics data. Ability to work as a strong conduit between site merchandising and eCommerce departments Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SQL. Knowledge of eCommerce merchandising software such as Websphere, ATG and Broadvision is a plus Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortable presenting at senior levels. Good with numbers and ability to derive information from data Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope Excellent interpersonal skills ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of Clients India based operations team Ability to work with teams across multiple delivery centers, time-zones and cultures Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations, ability to read situations and have a pro-active approach to work Above average in planning, organizing and time management.
