Will have workshops to help collaborate and discuss limitations and define criteria. *Skills:* *Looking for someone that is a flash programmer, not a designer. They need to know what they are doing with action script 2 and Flash.* *Object Oriented Principles creating classes. More than just banners and website updates.* *This individual will be taking completed story boards on the math side and working with the team to implement those in FLASH.* Write class components and other things to get it finished. *Action Script 2 only, they don't care about 3.* *The need to their own equipment/laptop including FLASH CS3 or 4 license is a MUST.* *Bonus Skills:* Continues integration tools Familiarity with automation or unit testing Currently using FLASH CS and they need to have that on their own Experience in education E-learning would be great. 20/20, odesy ware are using flash but not industry focused Not interested in a designer. *Process:* First interview is phone screens.
