Scope of the work:
* 70%: JBoss operations and support with team leading capabilities
in a 24*7 environment
* 30%: Prior JEE development experience
Minimum Criteria
1. Good communication skill with team leading capability
2. JBoss Admin and 24*7 support experience
3. Knowledge of debugging Java application using IDE
Skills Required:
* Experience in JBoss application server
Administration, platform operations and prior experience of JAVA/J2EE
application development
* Strong Experience in Installation, Configuration
for JBoss application servicer
* Knowledge on Clustering, Load balancing and high
availability.
* Understanding of multi-layer caching environment
* Managing and Monitoring the JVM performance by
JBoss server heap Size, garbage collection.
* Experience in IBM MQ is an advantage
* Linux Redhat Server Administration
* Good working knowledge on identify the issue and
solving the P1, P2 notifications.
* Working on 24/7 environment.
* Relational Database Concepts, Oracle 9i/10g/11g
(PL/SQL experience preferred)
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in handling teams in onshore-offshore
model
* Flexible in working hours to support offshore
team
