Looking for *Sr Oracle BI Solution Architect in San Jose, CA - 6+ Months*- Please share resumes to [email protected] Description: * *10+ years of experience with proven hands-on competency with Oracle Business Intelligence tools. Skills must contain all technical stack components, development tools and management tools.* * Develop and deliver solutions in *OBIEE *environments by engaging internal clients in order to gather information, provide thought leadership regarding potential business intelligence best practices/methods and approach. * Expert level experience with business intelligence tools, techniques and methods. * Deep experience with Kimball modeling methods and approach. * Must possess systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, issue/problem management and support. * Experience with OBIEE Packaged Analytics Application v7.9.x or higher is a must. * Experience with OBIEE Platforms v10.1.3 and v11g are a must. * Experience with an OBIEE v10g to V11g upgrades. * Knowledge of key metrics and reports included in the packaged Analytics Applications (Oracle BI Apps for Siebel CRM) and the data fields and subject areas support by OBIEE and source system(s). * Experience facilitating executive stakeholders in defining/designing actionable metrics/KPIs to manage their business and defining business dimensional models to support their dashboard/reporting needs. * Data model development, documentation, writing custom scripts and/or code following best practices, and as needed, providing the client with hands-on solution training that are on time and within scope and of the very highest quality. * Work in a hands-on capacity to technically architect and lead teams to deliver business intelligence solutions. * Progressive experience with OBIEE Package Analytic application development and oversight, along with system implementation and project management experience. * Knowledge of Oracle engineered systems, specifically Exalytics and Exadata hardware solutions. * General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development and strategy. * Previous consulting experience and ability and desire to mentor/coach other in a team environment with strong time management and multitasking abilities. * Expertise with: DAC, Web Catalog, Answers, ODI, Informatica, TimesTen, BI Publisher, BI Delivers (Agents formerly iBots), BI Action Framework, BI Briefing Books, Mobile BI, Oracle Smart View integration, Enterprise Manager for BI management. * Expertise in defining SDLC standards and deliverables including implementation and adoption activities for a team environment. * Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
