In this position, the candidate will perform analysis, define client needs, and assist in the implementation of systems, applications and programs that are designed to enhance productivity. *Qualifications* - College degree or the equivalent in experience is required. - Experience with Guidewire and/or AgencyPort is a huge plus. - *2-3+ years of technology experience working in a Business Analyst role*. - *Property Casualty experience is a must.* - Hands on experience with claims, underwriting or financial technical experience, preferred - *Application programming experience, agile development/waterfall development experience, GAP analysis, experience writing BRD and BFRD, and project management knowledge is required.* - IIBA-CBAP certification is helpful - *Proven experience working in a collaborative, team environment with a project team is critical*.
