Location: Alfaretta, GA Job Description: LOCALS ONLY Has Test Lead Experience - Experience using industry-standard test management tools ( HP Quality Center preferred) - Has worked on Methodologies and strategies around testing techniques (e.g. decision trees, risk based analysis, decision tables, boundary analysis) - Has experience on defining testing scope, test effort estimation, test plan approach, risks, and assumptions and other documentation skills - Design and write test cases using requirement specification and Use Case documents - Experience on different software development methodologies - Adheres to Project Timelines - Excellent problem solving, debugging skills - Report and communicate test status and metrics to project stakeholders - Experience on different software development methodologies ; experience in managing onsite/offshore team - Has good Negotiation and Leadership skills (e.g. provide direction, pushback if necessary, speak up as needed) - Adheres to Project Budget & Timelines - Negotiating Skills - Leadership skills , Peer Review - Manage and maintain knowledge documents, Training Manuals - Experience in managing multi-location teams - *Excellent in SQL queries and data validation Strategy* .
