Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for analyzing the current processes and
configuration and making recommendations for changes during the upgrade
process to version 9.2 specific to Payroll for NA and Time and Labor.
Deliverables for this engagement include:
* Document current business processes and create fit/gap analysis
documentation on future business processes.
* Review of customizations and identification of delivered alternative
functionality.
* Recommendations on go forward approach (delivered alternative,
configuration options, customization, etc.) should be offered.
* Functional Specifications for any needed customizations that are
identified during this engagement.
* Testing plan and scripts to verify the 9.2 system is functioning
properly, effectively, and in the manner the district desires.
* Assist with the specifications, testing and signoff of current production
support related items to Payroll and Time & Labor in current PeopleSoft 9.0
version.
Qualifications:
Travelers is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM consultant with experience in
version 9.2 and working knowledge of the functionality of the following
modules:
* Core HR
* North American Payroll
* Benefits Administration
* Time and Labor
Other requirements:
* Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on
project requirements)
* English: Basic knowledge
* Strong technical acumen
* Strong communicator
