*Job Description: *

·         Prospective candidate should be an expert contributing to
different phases of the GRC consulting lifecycle. Candidate will be
intensely involved in business process consulting; to define the problem,
propose and create the solution. Candidate will also play an important role
in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall IBM
Openpages GRC solution. Candidate will guide teams on project processes,
deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training
and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

·         Governance, Risk & Compliance consultant should perform as-is
state analysis of the GRC processes, define an approach to move from
traditional way of managing G,R,C processes to an integrated GRC model and
help automating the processes using the enterprise / IT GRC tool. He will
be responsible for developing GRC related offerings based on the industry
trends, socialize them internally within the company and with the clients
to ensure new business.

·         At least 5 years of experience in IBM Openpages installation,
administration
· Experience with design and deployment of IBM Openpages in a large scale
customer environments
· Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance, business Process
Consulting, problem definition functions.
· Experience with architecture/design /detailing of Processes in GRC area.
· At least 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions

· Experience with integration of IBM Openpages with enterprise tools

· Excellent written, verbal & analytical skills

1)      Must have designed and developed minimum two implementations of
management executive dashboards using QlikView tool

·         Thorough understanding on QlikView security, architecture and

·         Thorough knowledge on performance improvements.

or PMI Certification a plus.



*Role Description:*
·         Responsible for exceeding client expectations through superior
implementation, delivery and management of technology products and
solutions.
·         Maintain contact and communication with all project team members
and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each
project(s) and client user expectations.
·         Implement strong program management practices, including change
requests, issue management, risk management and decision tracking and

·         Provide initial support for users who encounter problems in

·         Responsible for building partnerships with internal line of
business stakeholders to empower these users to perform deeper and more
significant analysis independently.
·         Identify and create best practices for reporting and data

*Requirements/Skills: *
·         Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

·         8+ years of experience in managing mid to large engagements
across project lifecycles and across service delivery lines in BI/DW space.
·         Experience developing and presenting proposals that reflect and
address client requirements and business objectives
·         Bachelor's degree and/or an  advanced degree
