The Salesforce.com Consultant will work closely with the Salesforce.com Architect to leverage features and functions of the Salesforce.com platform to incorporate Service Cloud features which will improve department efficiencies and broaden our knowledge base for faster issue resolution. The goal of the project is to improve case resolution time as well as the overall time for service through improved tracking within Salesforce.com.
