*JOB TITLE: Sr. Business analyst* *Location: **DC-District of Columbia/Washington* *Duration: 6 Months* *M.O.I Telephonic + Skype* *Only required USC Citizen having experience in Finance* *Minimum Requirements: * Senior business analyst responsible for identification and assessment of business goals and needs, requirement analysis, design and solution planning for the implementation, delivery and support of business solutions. * Responsibilities:* · elicit and document requirements from business stakeholders across the organization and balance requirements of all business departments in the organization. · conduct impact analysis and high level estimations for development requests and uncover complexity in stakeholder requests. · write user stories for development, collect business feedback on in flight project design, analyze business workflow and suggest improvements, negotiate scope of development projects between stakeholders and development team and facilitate requirement and design discussions between non-technical stakeholders and the software development team. · work closely with the product manager to plan releases and manage scope as well as troubleshoot production issues relating to software behavior. · assist product management in evaluating the impact of new opportunities and estimating the effort required to implement the software to support them. * Experience:* *· *3 years of related work experience, and financial sector expertise. · ability to build relationships throughout all levels of the organization as well as determine and analyze user goals and needs and apply to software design. · knowledge of a wide variety of tools and techniques used to elicit and communicate requirements. · experience with 'agile' software development methodology. · bachelors degree in it, science or a related discipline, or possess an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
