They will provide technical leadership on complex projects, formulate/define system scope and objectives, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Must also prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Additional responsibilities include program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
