*Location : Burbank, CA*

*Duration : 6 months*

*Rate: Negotiable*

 

*Qualifications & Requirements:*

·         Bachelor's Degree in related field

·         Apple certifications preferred

·         Strong Desktop/Phone Support for Mac

·         Experience with supporting Mac's on a Network

·         Excellent analytical problem solving skills, with the ability to 
research and create viable solutions

·         Ability to test and implement solutions under tight time 
restraints

·         Excellent time management skills and ability to work well 
independently as well as a member of a team

·         Demonstrated leadership skills a plus

·         Should be self-motivated, flexible, and eager to constantly 
learn/expand skill set

·         Moderate to heavy lifting may be required

·         Occasional overtime may be required

 

*Roles and Responsibilities:*

·         Provide support for workstations, laptops, printers, peripherals 
and other computer related devices

·         Participate in managing the volume of incoming calls to the help 
desk via both telephone and e-mail, ensuring courteous, timely and 
effective resolution of end user’s issues

·         Hands on support for the Desktop/LAN environment

·         Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, 
and follow up of all incidents

·         Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software problems

·         Participate in moves, adds and changes as it relates to the 
computing environment

·         Follow established policies, procedures and technology standards 
to ensure system availability and security

·         Maintain loaner policies for computer, peripherals and 
presentation equipment

·         Deploy, maintain, support and upgrade hardware, software, 
operating systems and distributed printers to improve efficiency through 
the organization

·         Participate in monitoring and maintenance of system key process 
improvements

·         Image and deploy standard imaged computers
