*Job Title: Business Systems Analyst* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: 6 months+* *Rate: $50/hr on c2c* *Note: require local candidates only who can go for f2f* *Job Description:* - Working collaboratively within the BTS Domain and Enterprise Applications organization - Consult with project stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts - Dissect high-level information into details and be able to communicate details in a manner understood by relevant audiences - Where possible, influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems and applications without customization - Analyze and initiate configurations and other changes within the system per user and customer business needs - Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, potentially perform configuration, tests, and roll-outs to business users and customers - Test solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and are "fit-for-purpose." Present and validate solution with business partners - Create and execute test plans - Collaborate with Product Owner / Scrum Master on tasks related to the planning, scheduling and coordination of project activities - Participate in software estimation process, such as Delphi and Agile estimation techniques - Balance business requirements with technical feasibility.
