Manage the Application Lifecycle using TFS . Work closely with Senior Management and Leads to define processes and customize TFS to enforce process standards . Facilitate the Release management process within TFS, and educate teams on proper use of the tool . Establish process control points and configure TFS reporting suite to custom needs of the development and QA team . Improve speed, efficiency and scalability of the continuous integration environment, automating wherever possible . Create and maintain continuous integration process documentation . Assist with planning/maintenance of development, integration and testing environments . Produce process-related documentation including diagrams of work-flows Specific knowledge, skills and abilities: . 3+ years experience in administering TFS and branching policies . Bachelor's degree in CS or IS . TFS 2012 experience preferred . Strong knowledge of VS2010 . Experience defining and designing SDLC processes for Development and QA within TFS . Experience with Continuous Build & Integration tools and techniques . Candidates must be willing to work after hours when needed . Proficient in VB.Net, C#, Silverlight, Powershell 2.0, Automation of Windows 2003 & 2008 administration tasks, MSBuild, and Windows Workflow .
