*Duration: 1 Year* *Mode Of Interview: Phone & Inperson* *Job Responsibilities* * Candidate should be well versed and skilled in Oracle, PL/SQL and data processing. - Experience with Oracle PL/SQL skills, very good in packages, procedures, SQL queries, Triggers, functions etc w/UNIX Scripting, and large data process with AWK/ C/C++ and shell script under Unix environment are required; using Perl is a plus * Candidate with experience in agile programming methodology is a plus. * Applied Computer Science for Mobility Planning Systems Design & Development. * Candidate will research, analyze, design and develop highly optimized web applications software used for wireless network planning and management for AT&T Mobility. * Candidate will work closely with business analysts to implement these tools and must be able to handle and extract information from large data sets, engage in data-driven problem solving, and understand and implement complicated mathematical algorithms.. * The successful candidate will have excellent skills and experience using Oracle technologies, a higher level of analytical and creative skills and an in-depth knowledge of Oracle database structure, methodology and design; and be a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with wireless voice and data network design and technologies is a plus. *Education: * * An M.S.
