Role:- WPF Developer
Location:- Springdale, MD
Duration:- Long Term
If out of town skype / phone
will be done. If in town, f2f on second interview will take place.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for software development implementations, taking high-level requirements and
producing robust solutions, within predefined timelines, scope limitations,
and in accordance with Agile SDLC methodology;
- Develop
functionality / processes involving C# and WPF with emphasis on
user-experience;
- Experience
building visual styles using XAML;
- Interface
with the business operations and product teams for technical specifications;
and Participate in customer support processes;
- Responsible
for research, planning, estimation, design, while ensuring that customizations
and integration components are meeting the business needs; and
- Produce
quality, tested, and documented code.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 11
years of experience developing data driven applications using Microsoft
technologies
- Minimum 2
years of experience writing complex WPF user interfaces;
- Proven
understanding of OOAD and application development processes with focus on
reusability, extensibility, and performance;
- BS degree
or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field, plus
6 yrs of experience in IT.
- Alternatively,
will accept MS degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering,
or related field, plus 3 yrs of experience in Information Technology (IT)
field;
- Experience
with WCF and T-SQL a plus;
- 2 years of
experience in active adherence to SDLC methodologies such as Agile or
Incremental;
- Working
knowledge of Scrum is a plus.
