They are building a new process for NYS Medicaid rosters, Child Health Plus, commercial & self funded groups. I need someone who understands the state - NY (or similar) healthcare program, regulations, exchange, what insurers are trying to do from the business side. Helping to implement state programs/systems that are new to the HMO. 834 electronic enrollment files. Agile team environment, daily scrum meetings, etc. Good business side experience- not just technical mapping pieces. Gathering requirements - write good requirements - that is key. We don’t want to miss requirements and have to re-do things.
