month contract Sr. Oracle Developer (CRM on Demand) This Sr. Oracle Developer will work as a member of the ERP development
team to implement, administer and provide on-going support and improvements to
Customer Relationship Management Systems within Oracle E-Business. They
will work together with internal departments to understand business needs and
discover solutions that will lead to more effective business operations and
increase company profitability. This person will perform functional
business analysis, plan and coordinate change management of processes and work
as part of a team towards continuous improvement through the use of best
practices and corporate policy. Knowledge
and Skill Requirements: - Systems and Functional business analysis
experience - CRM on Demand administration -CRM on Demand Analytics - Experience working with Oracle's E-Business Suite (R12 highly
preferred, 11.5.10 acceptable) - Solid understanding of Order Management, Pricing, Field Service and
Service Contracts - Practical experience working with Oracle’s CRM On-Demand Application
- Experience with XML, PL/SQL , Java, WSDL, SOAP, UDDI, HTML
- Ability to query and create reports from both the CRM On Demand and
Oracle E-Business applications - Strong technical, troubleshooting and analytical
skills - Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Responsibilities: - Configures and maintains Oracle CRM On Demand
environment - Provides technical and functional expertise in the analysis of user
needs and recommends solutions to meet internal customer needs /
requests - Ensures that CRM systems meet business requirements and goals and
satisfies user requirements - Collaborates with network engineers, developers and database
administrators in the recommendation, design, testing and implementation of
upgrades and improvements to the system in accordance with the change management
process - Identifies and resolves system issues, creates programs for application
development projects and supports core Customer to Order applications inside the
Oracle E-Business Suite such as Order Management, Pricing, Customer, Field
Service and Service Contracts - Prepares requirements for enhancements / changes / new products and
assists in the development of software specifications, design and test
procedures - Develops documents and maintains policies, procedures, training and
test plans
