Work closely with the Business Partners in communicating, training, guiding and advising users on Service Cloud. Operating primarily at the enterprise level working in‐house with Customers to spearhead deployment of Service Cloud, serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders, while also commanding full ownership of solutions/technical architecture and hands on delivery. *Experience* Experience with Oracle Service Module - Contracts, Install Base, RMA will be big plus. Client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Business Architect responsible for working with the functional consultants, business and technical teams to create unique customer solutions leveraging the full power of the Force.com and Salesforce platforms. *Job Function* § Educate the business on capabilities of Enterprise Applications § Demonstrate strong business acumen § Drive process improvements by leveraging industry best practices § Collaborate with the business to ensure software and applications are meeting their needs § Gather and Document Business and Functional Requirements § Gather and Document process flows § Facilitate unit, integration and user acceptance testing § Application end user training § On-going training, including learning about Client’s business units, products, new technologies, process methods, etc. § Facilitate communication with developers to ensure that customer requirements are translated to design specifications and appropriate testing efforts. § Participate in peer reviews to ensure the delivery of quality solutions § Worldwide travel maybe required at times § Strive to be up-to-date in best practices, analysis methods and technologies § Participate in process improvement § Offer support to other team members and mentor *Required Qualifications:* § University degree in the field of computer science or information systems with emphasis on business interfaces, or business degree with IT minor or subsequent classes § 10+ experience in IT analysis, design and implementation.
