We are actively looking for a talented mid-to-senior level Oracle
Middlware/SOA Apps Implementation Management Consultant (Technical/Project
Management level) to add to our growing national Oracle Middleware/Fusion
Solution Practice. This role will be an integral part of our growing
national Oracle Middleware/Fusion practice. This is a full-time salaried
consulting position.


The ideal candidate has done this before and can anticipate what needs to
be done rather than be instructed. This position needs a leader who can
adapt, work in a very fast-pace, enriching environment and who is looking

The Management Consultant understands business requirements and formulates
solutions to meet the requirements while fitting into the capabilities of
the client's needs, systems and resources. The skills and experience
required for this job include BA/Requirements Management skills along with
strong high-level Design and solution architecture skills and experience
managing solution design/delivery cycle. This role may also actively
participate in helping grow our Middleware/Fusion Practice area by
participating in sales meetings, client meetings, proposal preparation and
demo's/client presentations.


What you'll do:


   - Work as the primary interface between the Business and Technology in
   order to analyze and validate published Business Requirements and turn them
   into functional/deliverable solutions.
   - Manage various phases of Middleware/SOA solution design and project
   delivery teams.
   - Translate business requirements into specific functional solutions,
   process flows, data flows, message data mapping, User & System Interface
   designs, Business Rule definitions, Use Case specifications, software and
   infrastructure component definition, etc.
   - Collaborate with Systems Architect(s) and Subject Matter Experts
   (SMEs) to develop high-level solution designs.
   - Prepare Functional Design deliverables by analyzing requirements,
   constructing diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing
   specifications.
   - Responsible for coordinating the solution across several technology
   teams in a matrix organization.
   - Facilitate knowledge transfer
   - Travel to interesting places in the continental U.S.

Job Requirements:

What we're looking for:


   - Minimum five years of experience in designing and delivery of Oracle
   Middleware/SOA enterprise solutions.
   - 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
   - In-depth knowledge of several applications, technologies, business
   acumen, organization, versatility, interpersonal, client focus.
   - Broad/versatile knowledge financial applications, and the business and
   technical processes used to enable those processes is preferred.
   - Understanding of infrastructure engineering with baseline knowledge of
   application architecture, integration architecture, security and data
   architecture.
   - Knowledge of functional requirements analysis and familiarity with at
   least one software development lifecycle methodology.
   - Baseline understanding of project management.
   - Ability to independently facilitate complex data gathering and design
   collaboration meetings, as well as JAD Sessions and Design walkthroughs.
   - Ability to develop and manage critical success factors.
   - Strong computer proficiency, particularly MS Office Suite.
   - Strong diagramming proficiency, preferably with MS Visio.
   - Strong logical reasoning skills, with the ability to solve problems.
   - Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
   - Good leadership and decision making skills, with the ability to
   influence othersAdapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in
   attitude
   - U.S. Citizens/Permanent Residents preferred
