A foundation certification, or just experience working with it. I don’t need someone with advanced ITIL certifications. Soft skills would be someone who can build relationships and is empathetic. Required Skill: Must be able to write a business requirement. Must be able to write a business rule. Must be able to develop a business process model. Must have experience writing requirements Should have some knowledge of how online applications Direct BA experience with applications is a plus.
