*1)  WebSphere Portal Lead*

   - Lead for the Portal Authority Center of Excellence will perform highly
   advanced (senior-level) in-depth computer systems analysis work. Work
   involves planning, budgeting, and analyzing user requirements, procedures,
   and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems. The
   candidate applies analytical skills to support the development, enhancement
   and maintenance of technical architecture and software solutions that range
   from simple to extremely complex applications. This requires the individual
   to work with process improvement processes, and projects regarding, but not
   limited to, advanced computing technologies, operations, logistics,
   planning, and requirements deployment.

WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, IBM Process Server,

Content Manager, IBM DataPower, IBM MQ Series, Identity & Access
Management, Web Services, and Oracle DBMS in a Service Oriented
Architecture

In-depth understanding and knowledge of WebSphere/J2EE architecture,
WebSphere Portal Architecture, Business Process & Human Task Management,
UML (Unified Modeling Language), Patterns/Frameworks, OOD (Object-Oriented
Design / Development), and J2EE integration points with external or third
party products.

In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with designing and
developing enterprise-class application system architectures

Experience with facilitating meetings with multiple customers and technical
staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary

Experience creating Detailed System Design and Requirements Analysis

   - Implementation lead for the Portal Authority Center of Excellence will
   perform highly advanced (senior-level) in-depth computer systems
   development & implementation work. Work involves interpreting and
   understanding business requirements, planning, analyzing and developing
   design, development and implementation processes and procedures, and
   resolving issues as they are identified. The candidate applies analytical
   skills to support the development, enhancement and maintenance of technical
   architecture framework and style guide solutions that range from simple to
   extremely complex applications.

*3)  Portal Framework Lead*

   - Framework lead for the Portal Authority Center of Excellence will
   perform highly advanced (senior-level) in-depth computer systems analysis
   work to recommend framework changes and implement them as directed. Work
   involves interpreting and understanding business requirements, planning,
   analyzing and establishing scope and plan activities for each iteration of
   framework development. Oversees, tracks and reports performance of the
   framework team against assigned work along with production applications
   built on frameworks according to quality of service metrics. Manages
   backlog of work requests and tracks their fulfillment.
